1 What are two changes you could make to your Zoom setup to not have Zoom fatigue?
2. What is your opinion of distance learning so far? How could it be improved?
question 1
Switch off self-view
Some people don’t enjoy staring at themselves. It’s much harder watching yourself as you’re talking, because it may seem like you’re witnessing yourself giving a lecture, which is hell on earth for certain people, particularly the socially insecure or introverted. Looking at yourself often puts extra demand on your time, which can create the feeling that someone else is taking a similar close-up and intimate image of you, and can make you nervous about your appearance, and more self-aware. So, stop causing Zoom-driven anxiety by shielding your self-view
question 2
Distance learning
I suggest that distance learning has more challenges than benefits. Such challenges include quality of tutor instruction, hidden costs, and misuse of technology. Also, the attitude of instructors towards teaching and the students towards teaching and learning respectively is poor. All the mentioned potentially affect the overall quality of Distance learning.
Therefore, these challenges can be improved in various ways, for instance, by ensuring that the vulnerable students and their families are best supported during distance learning, also by helping students' families connect with online learning, by providing a balance of asynchronous and synchronous lessons. Furthermore, by choosing tools that potentially mobile-friendly and, they can also be used offline.
