a) Yes, I agree with the statement that indeed no matter how the manner in which information is transmitted, the key thing is how the receiver gets the information. Communication is basically the act of passing information from one place to another place, person to person or to a group. Every communication has to entail a sender, message itself and the recipient. For example using charts to display procedures in a biology practical lesson enhances understanding.
b) A complex sentence is made up of an independent clause and one or more dependent clauses linked to it. An example includes; 'While we waited at the bus stop, John realized that the bus was late.' Conversely, a compound sentence involves only independent clauses. For example, I washed my hands, and I ate lunch.
c) Factors that would encourage student's reading include: good teaching methods, excellent peer relationships, conducive learning environment, and class and curriculum arrangement.
