REF: Limited Supplies of Face Masks

This is with regards to COVID-19 effects. As it has been the work for MediConsult to supply facemasks for our clients, since Covid-19 emerged, there has been a decrease of supply approximately by half. International boundaries and the lockdown of countries have led to this decline. On that account, we are not able to meet the demands of most of our customers.

I am therefore sorry to say that we will not manage to supply your company with facemasks as per your request until further notice. We apologize for any inconveniences that we may cause. However, we are looking forward to continue with the supply once things are back to normal.
