In a short summary, write how do you handle confrontation and why you think you use that approach?
Conflict arises where there are differences between parties. This can be in an organization setup or family. Conflict management is a skill individuals learn through experience. There are many approaches to handling confrontations. People use different approaches according to the issue at hand and the situation they are in and also the relationship between the parties involved. I regularly use the accommodation approach of handling confrontation. I prefer this approach since it gives room for the other party to express their views. It all also help in maintaining a good relationship with the other party. It is also an easy approach to show fairness in solving issues.
