Differentiate between human rights education and a rights-based approach to education.
Human rights education entails the transfer of knowledge from one generation to another, by impacting skill and values in them to help them understand and develop a culture that upholds human rights. A society should be conscious of how people relate and how everyone’s right is respected. Rights based approach to education on the other hand emphasizes on the consolidation of rights to education into a legislative action. The polices in the legislation would help in achieving full implementation on the right to education for all and also improve on the quality of education.
