Reading and writing are inseparable and this implies that for one to perfect in the art of writing then one has to read a lot. Exceptional readers make exceptional writers as follows:

• First well-read writer enhances his/her vocabulary and this distinguishes them from poor quality type of writing while they get elevated to top notch writers.
• Moreover reading exposes the readers to other styles like forms, genres, and other voices of writing.
• Reading good texts or books inspires the readers to write well too. If someone else writes a better work, then the reader may be inspired to write a good text too.
• Reading facilitates writers to connect to their own experiences and emotions hence it makes them better writers and communicators.
