How does vygotsky view language
Vygotsky views language as the basis of learning. He argues that language capacitates other foundational activities such as writing and reading. According to him, language empowers reasoning, logic and reflective thinking. He bases his ideas of social interaction on language. Without language, he believes that humans would be limited to a more primitive function. He claims language is an important concept in relation to cognitive development as it's the root of culture, which is significant in learning.
