One-quarter of all the human bones are located in the feet. The human body is composed of 206 bones, and on one foot, there are 26 bones, which makes 52 bones in total on the feet. This represents more than 25% of the 206 bones of the human body. In as much as the number of bones on the feet sounds crazy, it justifiable in the sense that the feet support the weight of the body and allow one to move, jump and climb. The number ones allow one to absorb and release the required energy, thus increasing endurance.
