Play and regular exercise are beneficial for children except when it is deemed dangerous to their health. Children can only rip the benefits of regular exercise if the play is conditioned and provided in appropriate bits. It is, however, dangerous if a small child is subjected to too much fitness routine that either results in an injury or retarded growth. Sporting injuries, in particular, can have a negative psychological effect on a child’s growth. Moreover, regular exercise has lots of benefits, except when children are not subjected to healthy diet routines.
