Non of the above, because gramatically, four, eight and one nine
should be written as 48111111111.

B is the correct answer ,four, eight and one nine 48 and 19 simple ..
Another example = four, eight and zero nine 48 and 09 ,study very
hard.

Four eight, would imply 8888 so since we have Four, eight it will be
4,8.the one nine on the other hand was not separated from each other
by a comma (which is used to separate independent clauses) so that
should be 9. So the answer is D 489

I say all of the above. Reading the sentence all the answers have each
of the numbers. Four eight = 8888 and one 9; or 489

Sorry the expert is wrong It's simple four = 4, Comma makes the 4 and
eight 2 Separate numbers Eight = 8 "AND" means the one is a question
to the nine Nine = 9 I also believe the expert is right because there
is nothing after the one like a comma to justify it not being a
question the the one means it's not being use as a one "1" as the
meaning , it's use the one to form a question to the nine Four = 4
Eight = 8 and Nine = 9 Answer is D

The Answer is A. the "and" is between four numbers and that mean the
first number (4)represents how many of the second number(8) same with
(1) of the (9) having four 8= 8888 ..and one 9 = 9 so it is 88889= A

Actually it's none of thee above.. the correct grammar for D would be
-Which of the follow has (a) Four, eight and one nine.... but instead
it says -Which of the following has four (like a sum or total) then a
(,) eight & one nine.... if eight was plural then A would be
correct... but none really match up to the sentence.

implies a decimal.

Those who think answer is D, unfortunately your answer is wrong. Even
the expert has got it wrong. Four mean 4 Eight means 8 How come one
nine means 9 If it was written as four, eight and nine or One four,
one eight and one nine Then the option D was correct. The only logical
answer is B. Four means 4 Eight means 8 One nine means 19

If the answer was 'D' it would have said, "a nine". But it dont. It
says one nine. Meaning 19. Therefore the correct answer is 'B'. If you
want 'D' as the right answer, use an 'a' before the nine.

Look at the punctuation in the question. There’s a comma after the
four then it says eight AND one nine. No comma after the one.
