It's 2030. The COVID-19 pandemic has finally ended two years ago. Unfortunately, in 2030, humanity is struggling against the SEROV-30 pandemic. Many speculations can be found in the mass media.

A Romanian doctor Serov, who discovered the virus, invents a vaccine. He injects the nano-chips in the bodies of other individuals with this vaccine. He has much power in the WHO and made a large contribution in the introduction of laws that oblige people older than 21 years old to get the vaccine, following the actions of the Russians in 2021 when the only way to live a normal life in Russia was a QR-code that proves you're vaccinated.

However, when WHO IT specialists who got the vaccine discovered that their computers started behaving similar to the people infected with the SEROV-30 virus, they conducted a deep investigation and stopped the doctor four months later he announced the cure.
