A reservoir feeds a 200mm diameter pipe 300m long which branches into two 150mm diameter pipes each 150m long.Both the branch pipes are fully open at the ends.One branch has outlets all along its length arranged so that half the water entering it is discharged at the end and the remainder is discharged uniformly along its length through the outlets.The far ends of the branch pipes are at the same level,which is 15m below that of the reservoir.Calculate the discharge from each branch pipe.Disregard all loses except friction and take f=0.006 for all pipes.
