a. I would recommend a highly specialized plan. since the company is regional, therefore, when working with clients, the cashier is the face of the company and must provide quality services in accordance with the company's standards.


b. If I found out that employees are leaving. Since working at ticket offices can be associated with high psychological stress, make it not a permanent job. but a shift. that is, for example. the employee is busy at the cash desk on one day of the week, and on other days he does other work. In this case, it is possible to avoid mass layoffs.
