It must be done in such a way that informal communication is not possible without me, that is, to be the organizer of this communication. In this case, the main factor is spontaneity, that is, all ideas of informal communication should be presented as spontaneous and immediately implemented. Thus, it will be impossible for opponents to enter into a conspiracy, the purpose of which would be to exclude me from communication.
