The more we spin our energy, our funnel, the more powerful the force of attraction, the more powerful charisma we have. This is the manifestation of the nature of a woman, reflecting the elemental nature of the world - air tornadoes that draw in everything around, water funnels that draw everything into their depths, sandstorms and fiery energy vortices rotating inside the core of the Earth, creating a force protective field around our planet. When a woman realizes and manifests her feminine nature, then business management turns into energy flow management.

Energy management is impossible without vision. A vision is an energy-informational image in space, where chaotic energy rushes, turning into a new structure. Without this, it is very difficult to create something new. A shared vision, especially when formed with the team, determines the synergy of efforts and sets the general direction of action. If such a vision does not exist, everything disintegrates into fragments and disparate impulses. Women easily visualize the future and create an image of the desired changes, because their energy center of vision, located in the third eye area, is active. For men, this center is accepting, and it is more difficult for them to form a vision, it is easier for them to realize someone else's. By creating an energy-informational structure of future events, a woman thereby creates a center of attraction. It forms an energetically charged image in space that organizes energy flows around it. And at some point, all events begin to line up in a single stream leading us to the realization of our vision. In the “Queen” state, a woman has a clear vision and knows how to choose the optimal strategy for its implementation.

No image becomes reality until the passion is put into it. Without the energy of pleasure, none of our dreams will turn into creation, will not take on flesh, will not come true. Routine kills pleasure by emptying and depleting energy. Only creativity in every moment is capable of generating a powerful stream of pleasure that feeds passion. The emerging problems are perceived as an opportunity to come up with non-standard moves and offer original solutions. No wonder the French say that a woman is able to make a salad, a scandal, and a hat out of nothing. And creativity is precisely the creation of new realities from nothing - from emptiness, from chaos. Where the man retreats, not seeing the beaten path, the woman "sits on a broom" and flies to the desired goal. No wonder 58% of the creative class are women. Creativity can manifest itself in different ways, but it is she who becomes the main trump card in the big game of global corporations.
