Lets assume Alexi produces x tacos and y sandwiches per hour ,then if he spends 5 hours for production of each in a day, he would produce $5x$ tacos and $5y$ Cuban sandwiches in a day.

In a week,he would therefore produce $5x\times7=35x$ tacos and $5y\times 7$ =35 Cuban sandwiches.

If Tony did the same,then he would produce the same number of tacos and Cuban sandwiches as Alexi in a week.

The total number of street tacos and Cuban sandwiches produced by both will therefore be $35x\times 2=70x$ street tacos and $35y×2=70y$ Cuban tacos
