For a country that has been depending on the natural resources as its economic activity, can only be ready to shift to a more technologically driven production process if only the citizens of the country are educated on how much technology can be beneficial to a country in terms of improving its economy as compared to the use of natural resources.

This is because with the use of technology most of the will be done using machines and machine produce more work as compared to when the work is performed using human labor and this can help the people to improve their economy.

I can also make South Africa to shift to technologically driven production process by showing the citizens of the country some of the countries that improved their economy by use of the technology.
