Strategy to be adopted:

1) Every strikes have certain reasons and thus having demands. One of the strategy to control the strike is to fulfill the demands, if completing the demand is found to be feasible and viable

2) If demand is not feasible to complete, then call for discussion to union leaders for negotiation. Then negotiated demand can be fulfilled

3) If the demand is fair, but government is not in condition to fulfill that demand, then gives times to union leaders through minutes of meeting in order to complete the demand

4) If the demand is not fair then strike can be controlled through the rigid action of police department

5) Appeals to cancel the strike
