Citizens normally require goods roads and infrastructure, excellent healthcare services, and proper education, including excellent security, services of which cannot be provided if the government lacks funds. Therefore, as a good citizen, you must pay taxes from your income to enable the government to deliver quality and excellent services to the public.

Furthermore, government existence is very critical to any country so as to manage and control the overall operations of a country. Without government, nations would fall into anarchy, and society as we know it will cease to exist.
