Mentioned samples are composed of different isotopes of elements.
Isotopes are variants of a particular chemical element, which differ in neutron number, although all isotopes of a given element have the same number of protons in each atom.
As long as each mentioned compound have isotopes. While containing these free neutrons free of the nucleus, they emit ionizing radiation. But those differences in composition pre-condition different intensity of radiation emissions.
