1) HNO3, nitric acid. The electron geometry is trigonal planar. The N atom is sp2 hybridized.
2) SCl2, sulfur dichloride. SCl2 has an electron geometry known as tetrahedral and a bent molecular geometry. The S atom is sp3 hybridized.
3) CO2, carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide is linear in electron-group geometry and in molecular geometry. The C atom is sp hybridized.
4) CO, carbon monoxide. The hybridisation of carbon in CO is sp.
5) NH3, ammonia. Geometry of ammonia is pyramidal or distorted tetrahedral due to presence of lone pair. The N atom is sp3 hybridized.
