The Question:
In preparation of Aspirin we used H3po4 as acid to activate the electrophilicity of the acetic anhydride, but if we used conc H2so4 it will also activate the electrophilicity of Ac2o and it will give Aspirin, but is the are another product in addition to Aspirin and Acetic acid? In brief is there are a bi product to this Reaction?!

In this reaction there's no difference between H2SO4 and H3PO4, because in both cases the active particle is H+. So there will be the same products with H2SO4 and H3PO4, which are aspirine and acetic acid.
