To know what of the substances is least soluble we have to compare their solubility products.
The least soluble substance has the lowest solubility product.
The dissociation equation is

MF2 = M2+ + 2F- , where M2+ is Ba2+, Sr2+, Mg2+, Ca2+

Ksp = [M2+][F-]2

Ksp(BaF2) = 1.7 x 10-6
Ksp(SrF2) = 2.5 x 10-9
Ksp(MgF2) = 6.4 x 10-9
Ksp(CaF2) = 4.0 x 10-11

Answer: The least soluble is CaF2
