I performed an extraction of caffeine from tea/coffee experiment and in of the last steps where I added a drying agent (Sodium Sulphate) into the DCM solution (containing caffeine after extraction and filtering), there were really cold crystals formed on the filter paper. Why did it happen and what was the cause of it?
Thank you

If 150 grams of vinegar( HC2H302) react with egg shell at 641 mmHg and 16 degree Celsius, what will be the volume of vinegar that was used
As a chemical engineer you need to pump the products without affecting products properties.
Because the flow properties will affect the fluid properties of the products like density and
viscosity. Pumping without destroying product integrity is as important as the heat
exchanger that comes after the pump. The piston pumps can handle very delicate and
viscous food stuffs and can pump up to very high pressure without damaging the food
particles. It can also be applied very successfully in heavy duty applications for industries
other than the food industry.
Answer the following
· 1-Collect the information from various resources and use the collected data to formulate & solve the problem.

Pump Can work empty (without product)
1.• Allows high pressure drop (20 bar)
2-• Can work under vacuum
3-• Is self-priming
