in determination H2S in crude oil we used Borax solution 3% to extract H2S from crude oil to borax then acidify with H2so4 then titration with Hgcl2 with C.T.C indenture.
in this test how I can know the S from H2S or another sulfur compound ?

in this test we can be sure that all sulfur is formed from hydrogen sulfide
