∆x = x2 –x1 = 2.119 – 1.548 = 0.571;
∆y = y2 – y1 = 17.9 – 11.2 = 6.7;
m = ∆y/∆x = 6.7/0.571 = 11.734;
y = mx + b;
2.119 = 11.734 * 1.548 + b;
b = 2.119 – 11.734 * 1.548 = -16.045;
y0 = mx0 + b = b = -16.045
