Can hydrogen be set off by introducing a spark
1) IF I have and enclosed chamber and push a steel bar in and no oxygen enter it, will that set off the hydrogen
2) in that same chamber if hydrogen was to leak out and contact oxygen when that happen it's making water and that reaction looks like a flame and it will keep burning off until all the hydrogen is gone in the chamber ?

1) With only steel and no oxygen no flame will occur
2) Yes, hydrogen will burn upon exiting the chamber and contacting with oxygen, but not inside of the chamber itself. It`ll indeed just burn out forming water until all the hydrogen is gone
