IF you accidentally fill the the volumetric flask above the graduation mark ,it it okay to simply remove the extra volume with pipet true or false?

False. We can not do so, because with extra volume we remove some part of diluted substances and we can not control how much is it. So after that we will not know exact concentration of substances.
