b.a system is homogeneous, because at left and right sides of equations are gases.

Kc=[O3]2[O2]3K_c=\frac{[O_3]^2}{[O_2]^3}

Kp=PO32PO23K_p=\frac{P_{O_3}^2}{P_{O_2}^3}

c.a system is heterogeneous, because in the left side of equation is solid and in right is aqueous.
