i need to make a solution of combined citric acid and sodium citrate in 1 liter distilled water ( CA/SC ) . I am told that i need it to zero mol … i already have the citric acid and the sodium citrate each separately . How many grams to put of each to get a zero mol solution of both ? thank you

Concentration is the measure of abundance of ions in a solution.

You cannot have a zero molar solution after adding a solute in water.
