Hi, can I mix calcium carbonate and bentonite clay together to create a finer bentonite clay mask? Is it OK for the skin?

Bentonite clay has a drawing, tightening and dehydrating effect when applied to the skin. I don't really see a benefit to putting it on your hair. If you have an oily scalp you could apply it to your scalp. Bentonite clay is best mixed with water and stirred in a glass bowl with a wooden spoon. Mix to a creamy consistency, just thin enough to apply a layer to the skin and allow it to dry completely before rinsing and cleansing the skin
