; The rate of diffusion of hydrogen gas is four times faster than oxygen gas.

This is in accordance with Graham's law which states that the rate of effusion or of diffusion of a gas is inversely proportional to the square root of its molecular weight.

2; The volume of a gas is expanded to twice its original volume, this means that the Temperature is doubled.

If the temperature was 27°C (300K) before, it's final Temperature becomes 327°C (600K), which is double 300K.

This is in accordance with Charles's Law.
