Introduce ammonia into the mixture. The hydrochloric acid will react with it to form more ammonium chloride. You can then by stoichiometric ratios determine the moles of HCl used and it's concentration. You will have ammonium chloride left. You can then determine its concentration by stoichiometric ratios
