In brief, yes.

A mixture always contains two or more diverse chemical components that are not bounded chemically.

Air is a mixture of gases. Approximately, air consists of :

1) Nitrogen N2 78%

2) Oxygen O2 20%

3) Noble gases 1%

4) Carbon dioxide CO2 0.03%

5) Water vapor H2O 0.97%.

The water percentage is susceptible to territorial and seasonal variations. Other gases (sulphur and nitrogen oxides, for example) can also have some small contributions.
