Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) and Gallium Phosphide (GaP) both have zinc blende (ZnS) crystal structure

Both consist of same Crystal structure ,in both Ga atom is common but in one structure P and another As atom size of As atom is greater than P so that is case of GaAs structure void space is more as compare to GaP structure .so that GaP structure is more dense as compare to GaAs structure.
