[H+]=[HCl], because HCl is a strong acid in aqueous solutions

[HCl]=nHCl/Vsolution

Vsolution=500.0ml=0.500L - the final volume of solution

nHCl=11.6mol*L-1*20*10-3L=0.232mol

So, [H+]=[HCl]=nHCl/Vsolution=0.232mol/0.500L=0.464mol*L-1 or 0.464M

Answer: 0.464M
