How does intensity of exercise affect the homeostasis of body temperature?

1. Create a Data Table prior to the recording data of this investigation.
2. Take your body temperature at rest.
3. Begin walking and take your temperature every other minute and record your results. Once your temperature reads the same temperature at two consecutive readings stop, and allow your body temperature to return to normal.
4. Begin jogging and take your temperature every other minute and record your results. Once your temperature reads the same temperature at two consecutive readings stop, and allow your body temperature to return to normal.

Body temperature at rest – 36,4°C and stays constant despite the exercises. Maybe it is because of well physical state of my organism, which got used to various trainings.
