Discuss the importance of Binomial Nomenclature by citing different example.
Binomial nomenclature is important because it allows scientists from all over the world to communicate unambiguously about the various organisms. As a result, scientific names are used for clarification, education, classification and are unique and universal. For example, the term "blackbird" is used for crows and ravens which are different species with unique binomial names - Corvus capensis and Corvus corax, respectively.
