Evolution is a branch of biology that studies the formation and modifications in living organisms that occurred on the Earth. Multiple branches of evolution analyze the creation of life from different perspectives at different levels from the molecular level to the ecosystem. As a result, biology characterizes the evolutionary changes that occur in living organisms at different levels. Overall, these data accumulated by researches suggest a possible explanation of how life occurred on the Earth. In particular, according to the most accepted point of view, organic molecules were formed from inorganic compounds. As a result, basic organic molecules comprising amino acids and nucleotides were formed. Further modifications of these molecules under extreme abiotic conditions resulted in the formation of biopolymers and cells - the basic units of life.
