As here in this case, electric field and magnetic field both are working in a region. When the charge enters into the region, then due to the electric field charge will move in the upward direction and due to the magnetic field, charge experience a force a magnetic force which is perpendicular to the velocity of the charge due to which charge will move on the circular path.
