[LT-1] is the dimensional formula for speed. A body's speed is defined as the rate at which it moves. The formula for calculating a body's speed is as follows: speed=distance÷time
We have to create a real-life condition where rational numbers are applied.
We know that the formula for velocity, when distance is d and time is t, is
"v=\\frac{d}{t}."
Let the distance between my home and my friend's home is 12 km. Let us suppose that, it take t minutes to reach my friend's home. Then the function of velocity is given by
"v(t)=\\frac{12}{t}"
This is the required rational function.
