The manager of a restaurant that delivers pizza to college dormitory rooms has just changed the)delivery process in an effort to reduce the mean time between the order and the completion of the delivery from the current 30 minutes. A sample of 40 orders using the new delivery process yields a mean of 27.5 minutes and a standard deviation of 4 minutes.
