Write a program that simulates the Telephony system that -- hold a phone number to which a call is placed hold the length of the call in minutes hold the rate charged per minute Create a main( )function that allows you to enter 10 Phone Calls into an array. If a Phone Call has already been placed to a number, do not allow a second Phone Call to the same number. So, compare two PhoneCalls (Consider one PhoneCall to be equal to another if both calls are placed to the same number). The program will input a phone number and also the program will acknowledge the call by either writing an error message or the 10 digit phone number to the console window. Criteria for correct Phone number--- The phone number must have digits only. A phone number never begins with a 0, so the program should flag an error if such a number is entered. Also a phone number never begins with 555, so the program should flag an error if such a number is entered.
