For this assignment, you will be "programming" but not on a computer. You will take a problem and describe how to solve it in English. Your description must be detailed enough that anyone can follow the steps and get the right answer without knowing anything beyond simple arithmetic. The problem, whose solution you need to describe is the following: Given any date, determine the number of days until the next New Years Day. If the date in question is December 30, 2018, then your procedure should produce the answer 2. For any December 30, regardless of the year, your procedure should produce the answer 2. If, on the other hand, the date were January 1, 2019, then your procedure should produce the answer 365, because 2019 is not a leap year. Because 2020 is a leap year, however, starting with the date January 1, 2020, your procedure should produce the answer 366.
