Help.....I have a assignment due to providing a 1800 to 2700 word proposa APAl. This proposal is concerning a plan to deal with the violent crimes in a shopping mall, no particular one. I am a security Manager providing this to store owners and lessees to buy into it. Can you do it..it is due saturday evening?

I recieved a email back stating to submit the information for your help to " Control Panel", however when I try to open it, it states the page appears to be missing. Can you help me or am I missing something.
