The approach to services within Victim Empowerment should focus on restorative justice. The perpetrator should be held accountable for his/her actions and where possible should make amends to the victim. This approach is based on an understanding of crime as an act against the victim, family and the community. They should ensure that people get help at any time like if its rape case ensure it's put to cells.

Victim support team help people affected by all types of crime and we provide free confidential support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for people affected by crime and traumatic events regardless of whether they have reported the crime to the police or when it occurred and for as long as it is needed.
