1.4 Aim of equity is to bring in to light social iniquality in the modern digital world and make it available digital benefits to all irrespective gender.

Data collection is done on aspects like digital literacy is qualitative aspect..It is possible to conduct population survey or conduct study taking samples from population.Sampled can be selected at random.Then each items we are going to study will get equal opportunity to be chosen.Butin non random sampling there will be personal bias of investigator
