There is enough evidence to show the inequality in health distribution and access of health services in South Africa in terms of social status of the citizens. There is inequality through gender discrimination where women are denied their rights by the national agencies. The inequalities vary depending on the population and group for example middle and high income earners in the country. Women infected with HIV suffer a lot while seeking treatment as they experience stigma from the health services providers.
