All citizens are equal despite their skin color ,cultural background and their believes to enhance friendship and peaceful co-existence between people to utilize the available opportunities through equal sharing to uphold the human rights. The clause is very meaningful in South Africa as it has resulted restoration of peace in the country through the efforts of the concerned authorities.
