The challenges that the South African democracy is facing

The three capital cities structure is inconvenient, but it helps to decentralize government by diminishing Gauteng province's and the Johannesburg-Pretoria conurbation's prominence, (2021). The ruling African National Congress's parliamentary majority allows it to achieve its legislative agenda with minimum change, but it can also contribute to poor policy outcomes. The ANC's performance will be increasingly criticized, both within and outside the party.
